Privacy
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you. We don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What we collect
What you send us. If you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed — your name, email address, website, and anything else you chose to add, such as a phone number, business name, or a description of what you'd like changed. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.
Ordinary technical data. Our host records the usual request information — IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested — as any web server does. Our bot check also receives your IP address in order to tell a person from an automated script.
Advertising measurement. If we're running ads, this site loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta that a browser visited a page and whether a form was submitted. It does not send Meta what you typed into the form.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you, and to look at the website you told us about before we do.
- To stop automated spam reaching our inbox.
- To understand whether our advertising reaches people it's useful to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone who wants to sell you something else.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and runs the bot check on our forms.
- Resend — delivers form submissions to us by email.
- Meta — advertising measurement, only while we're running ads.
Each of these handles the data on our behalf, under their own terms. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox while we're talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you become a client, we keep what we need to do the work and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will.
Your choices
Email support@qevka.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You don't have to give a reason.
You can block advertising and analytics scripts with a browser extension or your browser's own tracking protection. This site's forms will still work — although our bot check does need JavaScript, so a form can't be submitted with it turned off entirely.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The advertising pixel described above may set cookies in your browser when it's active; blocking third-party cookies prevents that and doesn't affect anything else on the site.
